Sr. Architect

1. Role Overview
The Senior Architect will lead the architectural design and planning of residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. The role involves conceptualizing innovative designs, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating with consultants, and overseeing execution to deliver high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective developments aligned with the company’s vision.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Design & Planning

• Lead architectural design from concept to detailed design stages.
• Develop master plans, layouts, elevations, and working drawings. 
• Ensure optimal space utilization, aesthetics, and functionality. 
• Integrate sustainable and energy-efficient design practices. 

B. Project Coordination

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants. 
• Work closely with project management and construction teams to ensure design intent is maintained. 
• Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and completeness. 

C. Regulatory & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to local building bye-laws, zoning regulations, and statutory approvals (BDA, local authorities, fire, environmental, etc.). 
• Liaise with government authorities for plan approvals and clearances. 
  D. Execution Support
• Provide design clarifications during construction. 
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards. 
• Resolve design-related issues at site in coordination with stakeholders.

E. Vendor & Consultant Management

• Evaluate and onboard external architects, designers, and consultants.
• Review deliverables and ensure adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks. 
  F. Innovation & Value Engineering
• Introduce innovative materials, technologies, and construction methods. 
• Undertake value engineering to optimize cost without compromising quality. 

3. Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).
• Registered with Council of Architecture (CoA), India. 
• 15+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in real estate development. 
• Proven experience in residential, commercial, or township projects. 

4. Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong design sensibility and visualization skills. 
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, and rendering tools. 
• Sound knowledge of building codes, bylaws, and approval processes. 
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 
• Good communication and presentation skills.
