COO

1. Role Overview
The COO – Real Estate will be responsible for end-to-end execution and management of large-scale high-rise residential projects. The role demands strong leadership in planning, execution, coordination, and delivery of the project within defined timelines, quality standards, and budgetary targets.
The incumbent will lead site operations, manage stakeholders, and ensure adherence to statutory compliance, safety norms, and best construction practices.
2. Key Project Responsibility 

• Oversee execution of key residential project: 
  oHigh-Rise G+33 Residential Towers – Subudhipur, Bhubaneswar (5.26 acres / ~16 lakh sq. ft.) 
• Ensure timely completion with strict adherence to approved specifications, quality benchmarks, and cost parameters. 
• Drive project milestones aligned with business objectives and customer commitments. 

3. Key Responsibilities

A. Project Planning & Execution

• Prepare detailed project execution plans, schedules, and resource deployment strategies. 
• Lead construction activities including excavation, RCC works, finishing, and MEP coordination. 
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to project timelines. 
• Identify potential delays and implement mitigation strategies.

B. Contractor & Stakeholder Management

• Monitor performance of contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and architects. 
• Conduct regular review meetings to track progress, quality, and compliance. 
• Ensure contractual obligations are met by all stakeholders. 
• Resolve on-site technical and coordination issues proactively.
